İslami Finans Açısından Yoksullukla Mücadele Aracı Olarak İslami Mikrofinans: Bangladeş İslam Bankası Mikrofinans Planının Bir Analizi

Özet

Mikrofinans, yoksulluğun azaltılmasının temel parçalarından biri olması dolayısıyla dünyadaki çeşitli organizasyon modelleri altında mali yardım sağlayan pek çok mikrofinans programı vardır. Ancak bir müslüman bu programlardan yararlanamamaktadır, çünkü çoğu zaman mikrofinans programları müslümanlar için kesinlikle yasak olan “faiz (Riba)” içeren geleneksel bir mikrofinans sistemine sunulmaktadır. Bununla birlikte, bu çalışma, IBBL İslami mikrofinans planının Bangladeş'te islami finans açısından yoksulluğu azaltılmasında etkili olup olmadığını değrlendirmektedir. Bilindiği üzere Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) kendisini geleneksel mikrofinans sistemlerinden farklılaştırarak şeriat uyum açıklamasına odaklanmıştır. Buna göre, bu makale, İslami mikrofinansın İslami Şeriatı nasıl takip ettiğini ve Bangladeş'teki kırsal Müslümanların sürece dâhil olmasına izin veren Kırsal Kalkınma Planı (RDS) aracılığıyla müşterilerin ahlaki ve etik değerlerini korumalarına nasıl yardımcı olduğunu gösterecektir. Performans analizi tekniklerini uygulayan bu makale, Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited tarafından sunulan Kırsal Kalkınma Planlarının (RDS) mevcut durumunu analiz etmektedir; bu çalışmanın özel olarak RDS'nin tahsis etkinliği ve finansal performansı, getiri oranları ve çeşitli yatırım modelleri aracılığıyla yoksulluğun azaltılması için alternatif bir araç olarak nasıl çalıştığını göstermeyi hedeflemektedir. Bu yöntemle, bu makale esas olarak İslami mikrofinansın yoksulluğu azaltmaya bir alternatif sağlayıp sağlamadığını tartışmaktadır.
